My Zappi recently developed a fault, and having purchased it originally through EPower I contacted them for support. I was never so happy that I chose EPower as my provider. Not alone did I receive a call back almost immediately, Patrick subsequently spent almost 2 hours on a video call troubleshooting and working through the issue. We eventually decided that a service call was required. Derek arrived on site the following day, and all I can say is that the quality of customer service and customer focus is very obviously part of ePower’s mantra.

I bought a wall charger from ePower approx 3 years ago. They made the whole process so easy and simple from initial sales call to implementation. They also did all the core work with the grant paper work. Perfect. Now 3 years later I ran into issues with the charger, usually at this point, the after sales service of a company is tested. I’m lucky with ePower and how they deal with customers. I had a very nice person called Patrick handle my case. He acted very professionally and really acted on my behave with the original manufacturer who was dealing with the issue. In the end, it was Patrick and ePower who solved my issue with the charger not the manufacturer. Patrick and ePower had every right to blame the manufacturer, as it was solely a hardware issue. They didn’t. Thanks to the efforts of ePower and Patrick, I now have a brand new wall charger. I’m so happy with this company and the service they provided me.
